I am very much interested in the Green Supply Chain Professional certification program. Thank you very much for your email. I will take a better look at it this evening. Kindest regards, Sonia
You know, if you were in our professional certification program, you would have an answer for your client... a little information can be dangerous. But, I'll give you the quick answer. You'll find hundreds of carbon calculators on the Internet all ranging in scope and complexity. For a large part, and note this is an unfair generalization, many calculators that you come across, especially the free ones, are just to give a... 50,000 foot answer, mainly as a marketing tool for the hosting company. (There are exceptions, uncle, I give.) However, if you're doing serious GHG work, especially for a client, I suggest looking past the freebies on the Internet and suggest staying away from EIO LCA.

and you'll be able to download a free Podcast I just published for our company. I discuss carbon foot printing in this first of a series podcast. You'll get an answer there. If you working for hire on CO2 projects... you really should enroll in our GSCP program. You'll be glad you did!

Sorry I have been away for the long weekend! Well back to business. We currently do a lot of third party logistics for CROCS and they had approached us about going a step further and aid them in their recyclying efforts.
Thanks,
