- I am experienced in Contracting, Program/Project Management, Sales and Marketing (30+ years). I create and teach classes (35+ years), was a College Administrator, was a training center director, and ran 2 health centers. I actively participated in the 1st Earth Day in 1970, was part of the Ecology Team throughout Jr/Sr. High School and College, and continue to be an avid recycler! LOL As an Army Contracting Officer & Specialist, and industry Contracts Manager/Analyst, I’ve been involved in dealing with environmental issues throughout the life cycle of products, vehicle and aircraft systems; including hazardous materials, EPA approved lists of supplies, energy efficiency initiatives, pollution, scrap and demil, etc. I am a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Fellow, hold a Masters Degree in Contracts Management and a Bachelor of Science in Ed with a double major in Health Education and Physical Education. I hold a seat on the NCMA Board of Directors 2008-2009. I’ve previously held board positions for NCMA chapter and regional organizations, the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, Tri Sigma Sorority, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, a sports organization, and homeowners associations.
